Download the file from the link:
Dongle support tool
Right click on the downloaded file and extract it into a folder
Launch the program by double clicking:
DongleSupportTool.UI.exe
After the main program window opens, click the button
Run all in the upper right corner of the window.

Dongle is LOCKED
The third frame in the program window titled:
Retreive RAC file (Dongle license update request file),
gives you the option of generating and saving the file.

Within one business day, expect an email with a file that will unlock your key.
Save the file you receive in a message from Delphi Technologies to your computer and double-click, then run the diagnostic program.
